This website and the Seguimos Aquí sponsorship programme are operated by a limited liability company organized under the laws of Puerto Rico and taxed in Puerto Rico. The company name and registered address appear at the foot of this page.

The text and illustrations of Seguimos Aquí are the copyrighted work of Roberto Green, Jr., published by 12 and Under Publishing. Nothing on this site grants a licence to reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from the book or its artwork.

A sponsorship is a purchase of books that are then donated to schools and community organizations in Puerto Rico. It is a commercial transaction, not a charitable gift, and it is not tax-deductible as a charitable contribution.

School selection, delivery timing, photography, and event participation are subject to school approval, available inventory, shipping logistics, and geographic availability. We commit to placing the sponsored quantity of books with a Puerto Rican school; we do not guarantee placement at any particular school.

Sponsor recognition — names, logos, dedications, and messages — is published only with the sponsor’s permission and may be declined or removed at our discretion where it conflicts with the mission or with a school’s policies.

Our liability in connection with any sponsorship is limited to the amount of that sponsorship. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

Sponsorships are non-refundable. When you sponsor, the funds are committed immediately to book production, shipping, and placement.

What is included: the sponsorship price covers the books themselves, shipping to the participating school or organization in Puerto Rico, and all payment-processing fees. No additional charges are added at checkout or afterwards.

We commit to fulfilment rather than refunds. If the school or municipality you named cannot accept the books, cannot be reached, or declines, we will place your books with another elementary school or community organization in Puerto Rico and notify you of where they went.

If a sponsorship cannot be fulfilled at all — for example, if inventory in both languages is exhausted and cannot be reprinted within a reasonable period — we will contact you to agree either a deferral to the next print run or a refund of the unfulfilled portion.

Duplicate or erroneous payments will be corrected. Contact us within 14 days of the transaction.

Sponsorship is a purchase of books for donation to schools. It is not a charitable contribution and confers no tax deduction as such.

This site was built toward WCAG 2.1 AA: keyboard-operable navigation and forms, visible focus indicators, text alternatives for images, form labels and error messages tied to their inputs, colour contrast checked against AA, and reduced-motion preferences respected. Accessibility is ongoing — if something on this site blocks you, tell us and we will fix it.

Seguimos Aquí is operated by a Puerto Rico LLC, taxed in Puerto Rico. It is not a nonprofit organization, a registered charity, or a fiscally sponsored project.

A sponsorship is a commercial purchase of books that are donated to schools. It is not a charitable contribution and is not deductible as one. No receipt for a charitable donation is issued, because none applies.

A business sponsoring for marketing, advertising, or community-relations purposes may be able to treat the cost as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Whether that applies to you depends on your own circumstances and jurisdiction.
