We collect only what we need to fulfil a sponsorship or answer a request: name, email, phone, organization, and the details you enter on the sponsorship, school request, contact, and newsletter forms.

Payment information is never received or stored by this website. Card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure pages and handled entirely by Stripe.

Your information is shared only with the service providers needed to operate the programme — our payment processor, email platform, and form handler — and never sold or rented.

Photographs and documents uploaded through the school request form are used solely to assess and fulfil that request. Where an image includes children, we do not publish it without written permission from both the school and the families concerned.

You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by writing to the general contact address on this site. Sponsorship transaction records are retained as long as required for accounting and tax purposes in Puerto Rico.
